STUDENT POLICY

These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) AND NSOA and/or its affiliates ("NSOA," the "Company," "we," "us," and "our,") respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. You may agree that by accessing the NSOA platform which includes NSOA app and www.nsoa.in, you have read, understood and agree, to be bound by all of these terms of use.
 

This policy describes:

  • The types of information that NSOA may collect from you when you access or use its Platform, other media forms, website , mobile application related, linked and other online services (collectively, referred as "Services"); and

  • its practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

 

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the NSOA platform from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
 

The information we collect and how we use it:

NSOA Private Limited ("NSOA," the "Company," "we," "us," and "our”) collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

  • Your Personal Information("PI") - Personal Information is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person, whether in combination with other information or otherwise.

  • Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and your usage details.

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us; and/or

  • automatically as you navigate through our Services (information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies)

Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

  • Your account information: Your full name, email address, postal code, password and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender, mobile phone number and other relevant details. Your profile picture that will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You may optionally provide us with this information through third-party sign-in services such as Facebook and Google Plus. In such cases, we fetch and store whatever information is made available to us by you through these sign-in services.

  • Your content: Information you provide through our Services, including your reviews, photographs, comments, and other information you provide on our Services, and other information in your account profile.

  • Your browsing information: How long you used our Services and which features you used.

  • Your communications: Communications between you and other users and NSOA representatives through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, quiz, contest or promotion scheme.

  • Your transactional information: If you make payments or purchases through our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information such as expiration date and CVV number. This information may be shared with third-parties which assist in processing and fulfilling your requests, including PCI compliant payment gateway processors. When you submit credit or payment card information, we encrypt the information using industry standard technologies, as further described below under "Payment Card Information." We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Platform.

  • Your submissions: we may collect from you certain student-generated content, such as assignments you submit to instructors, Learner feedback etc. We also collect course data, such as student responses to in-video quizzes, standalone quizzes, exams and surveys.
     

We use the information you provide to us to enhance the functionality and improve the quality of our Services, and to personalize your experience while using our Services. We also use this information to display relevant advertising, provide support to you, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations.
 

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Services, and about your use of the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in.

  • Usage information: Details of your use of our Services, including location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through our Services.

  • Computer and device information: Information about your computer, Internet connection and mobile device, including your IP address, operating systems, platforms, browser type, other browsing information (connection, speed, connection type etc.), device type, device's unique device identifier, mobile network information and the device's telephone number.

  • Location information: Our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.

  • Mobile device IDs: Unique mobile device identifier (e.g. IDFA or other device IDs on Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad), if you're using our Services on a mobile device, we may use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We may do this to store your preferences and track your use of our applications. Unlike cookies, mobile device IDs cannot be deleted. Advertising companies may use device IDs to track your use of our applications, track the number of advertisements displayed, measure advertising performance and display advertisements that are more relevant to you. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of our applications.

  • Your preferences: Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language.

  • Your activity on the Services: Information about your activity on the Services, such as your search queries, comments, domain names, search results selected, number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages, how long you visited our Services, the date and time you used the Services, error logs, and other similar information.

  • Mobile status: For mobile application users, the online or offline status of your application.


COOKIES

The cookies installed by the NSOA shall be for the purpose of retrieving information from you which pertain to be useful for the purpose of running the Course of NSOA institutions or training Solution businesses of NSOA. Cookies may be for the purpose of students’ enrolment for imparting training/education or for the prospective business parties who will be availing the services of various NSOA Solutions.

Most browsers are set to automatically allow cookies. Please note it may be possible to disable some (but not all) cookies through your device or browser settings, but doing so may interfere with certain functionality on the Services. Major browsers provide users with various options when it comes to cookies. Users can usually set their browsers to block all third-party cookies (which are those set by third-party companies collecting information on applications operated by other companies), block all cookies (including first-party cookies such as the ones NSOA uses to collect search activity information about its users), or block specific cookies. To modify your cookie settings, please visit your browser's help settings. You will need to opt out on each browser and each device you use to access the Services. Flash cookies operate differently than browser cookies and cannot be removed or blocked via web browser settings. By using our Services with your browser set to accept cookies you are consenting to our use of cookies in the manner described in this section.
 

How we use the information we collect

We use the information we collect from and about you for a variety of purposes, including to:

  • Process and respond to your queries

  • Understand our users (what they do on our Services, what features they like, how they use them, etc.), improve the content and features of our Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests), process and complete your transactions, and make special offers.

  • Administer our Services and diagnose technical problems.

  • Send you communications that you have requested or that may be of interest to you by way of emails, or courier, or registered post, or telephone calls, or any other mode of communication. We may also share your preferences or the Services availed by you with your network followers on NSOA for marketing and other promotional activities of our Services.

  • Generate and review reports and data about, and to conduct research on, our user base and Service usage patterns.

  • Administer contests and sweepstakes.

  • Provide you with customer support.

  • Provide you with policies about your account.

  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

  • Notify you about changes to our Services.

  • Allow you to participate in interactive features offered through our Services.

  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

  • For any other purpose with your consent.
     

How we share the information we collect

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide, as described in this privacy policy, in the following ways:

General Information Disclosures

  • Partner Websites providing Online Course and services to NSOA Users may collect nonfinancial individual level User data regarding the individual’s use of that partner Website while engaged with such Online Course and related activities, and the partner Websites may share that data with NSOA for the purpose of improving NSOA’s services, the partner Website’s services, and the individual’s education experience. This data includes information such as the amount of time spent on the partner Website and pages viewed.

  • Communications with NSOA Business Partners. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with University partners and other business partners of NSOA so that they may share information about their products and services that may be of interest to you.

  • We use various service providers, vendors and contractors (collectively, “Contractors”) to assist us in providing our products and services to you. Our Contractors may have limited access to your Personally Identifiable Information. These Contractors may include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of the Website or the Online Course. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for us.

  • Government Authorities, Legal Rights and Actions. NSOA may share your Personally Identifiable Information with various government authorities, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights or to protect our property; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us. We also may share your Personally Identifiable Information when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of NSOA, the Website, our Users, customers, or others; and in connection with our Terms of Use and other agreements.

  • Any interpretation of the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be in consonance with the “Terms of use”.

 

Payment Card Information
Third Party Credit Card Processing.

NSOA provides you with the ability to pay for Courses and other services using a credit card or debit card through a third party payment processing service provider. NSOA also suggests EMI opportunity through partner Websites. Please note that our service provider – not NSOA– collects and processes your credit card information.

 

Analytics
To help us better understand your use of the Services, we may use third-party web analytics on our Services, such as Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology described in the "Automatically-Collected Information" Section above. The information collected by this technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who use the information to evaluate our users' use of the Services. We also use Google Analytics as described in the following section. To prevent Google Analytics from collecting or using your information, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser add-on. Further, you should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate from the site or relating any applications you use or installation of any third party websites or use or install any third party content, you may do so at your own risk.
 

NSOA’S PRINCIPLES TO PROTECT PRIVACY

We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures to keep your Personally Identifiable Information confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, or unless we have good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others. Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment we cannot guarantee the security of Personally Identifiable Information, and there is some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that e-mails and other communications you send to us through our Application are not encrypted.
 

In order to protect your privacy, NSOA has adopted the following principles:

a) Security: Wherever your Personal Information may be held within NSOA, the company intends to take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. NSOA is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number or password) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

 

b) Choice: You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to NSOA. The notice NSOA intends to provide at the point where it collects Personal Information on the Application, should help you to make this choice. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you can still visit NSOA's Applications, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services that involve our interaction with you. If you chose to have a relationship with NSOA, such as a contractual or other business relationship, NSOA will naturally continue to contact you in connection with that business relationship.

 

c) Notice: Where NSOA collects Personal Information on the Application, NSOA intends to post a purpose statement that explains why Personal Information will be collected and whether NSOA plans to share such Personal Information outside of NSOA or with those working on NSOA's behalf. Unless the transfer of Personal Information is legally required, NSOA does not intend to transfer Personal Information without your permission to third parties who are not bound to act on NSOA's behalf.

 

d) Access/Accuracy: To the extent that you do provide NSOA with Personal Information, NSOA wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. Where NSOA collects Personal Information from you on the Application, its aim is to provide a means of contacting NSOA should you need to update or correct that Information. If for any reason those means are unavailable or inaccessible, you may send updates and corrections about your Personal Information to privacy@nsoa.in and NSOA will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes.
 

INDIAN PRIVACY PRACTICE

NSOA is compliant to the available Information Technology Act, 2000 and any other laws and rule which may be applicable to maintain and uphold the privacy. All the courseware and video used for imparting the courses for the paid online courses are copyrighted by NSOA. Any misuse of the same shall be dealt severely. The courseware is issued to an individual Learner on the successful payment of the Course Fee. The Learner is barred from using the same for any other purpose, especially any commercial purpose with any other person, apart from personal use. All content present on this application is the exclusive property of NSOA. The software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on this application belong to NSOA. No material from this application may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, adopted, posted or distributed in any form whatsoever without prior written permission from our application. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this Application may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal and/or civil actions.
 

INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY PRACTICES

NSOA’s Applications are primarily operated and managed on servers located and operated within India. In order to provide our products and services to you, we may send and store your personal information (also commonly referred to as personal data) outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to India. Accordingly, if you reside or are located outside India, your personal information may be transferred outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to countries that may not or do not provide the same level of protection for your personal information. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information when it is transferred under applicable law. By using and accessing our products and services, Users who reside or are located in countries outside India agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located outside of the country where they reside, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of their residence or location. Our Application shall be governed by the Indian law and any complains and dispute shall also be dealt under the Indian Law applicable at the time.
 

Rules for Communication:

The Application provides discussion forum including not limited to sending emails, messages and one to one chat services with the authorized person of NSOA or amongst the learners via the on principles set out in this terms and conditions document. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user (learners) confirms to have read, understood and accepted its contents. Accepting these terms and conditions is a condition to use products and services provided by communication tools. All users are obliged to observe these terms and conditions.

When using communication tools, all users (learners) are prohibited from:

  1. publishing data, texts, images, files, links, software, or any other content that NSOA and according to the law of the land in particular deems illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, hate inciting, racist or in other ways objectionable.

  2. harming others in any way;

  3. passing off as another person in the chat room(s);

  4. entering, publishing, transmitting content by email, or in any other way, if the user is not authorised to pass on this content;

  5. use the platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services

  6. entering, publishing, transmitting content by email or in any other way if this violates the rights of third parties, particularly patents, marks, copyrights, business secrets or other ownership rights.

  7. entering, publishing, disseminating or naming in any other way any advertisement, promotion material or other information/news if it promotes other education providers in the chat rooms.

  8. using the live chat tool for commercial purposes;

  9. entering, publishing, transmitting material or any other content by email or any other way if it contains software viruses or other information, files or programmes designed or apt to interrupt, destroy or restrict the functioning of the computer software and hardware or of telecommunication systems;

  10. from hampering the technical performance of the live chat tool or from interrupting the ordinary process of communication or in any way impairing the possibility of other users to communicate in real-time;

  11. accessing the servers or networks linked to the live chat tool or interrupting these or not complying with regulations, processes or other rules of the networks associated with the live chat tool;

  12. harassing, threatening, slandering, importuning, or embarrassing anyone, be it a natural or legal person or personality, or cause this person inconveniences of any kind;

  13. using languages other than the one specified for the respective chat room (usually English).

  14. If any user disclose his/her personal information i.e address, telephone numbers etc. in the chat room then NSOA will not be responsible for the use of the said information in whatsoever manner.

  15. During registration for a platform, the user is required to select a screenname and email ID, which will be used for the duration of the chat. All the above terms and conditions also applies for the selection of the screenname. NSOA reserves the right to change a screenname at any time if necessary.

  16. In case of breach of these Terms and Conditions, NSOA reserves the right to delete the individual’s contribution. In serious cases or in case of recurrence, NSOA is entitled to cancel the user's contract and to block the account temporarily or permanently. It shall be at the sole discretion of NSOA to assess the situation leading to a blocked account and initiate legal action if deem appropriate as per the Indian Law.
    These terms of use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the site. without limiting any other provision of these terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the site (including blocking certain ip addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms of use or of any applicable law or regulation, we may terminate your use or participation in the site or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

  17. Compliance with these rules shall be monitored by an administrator within NSOA. Every user is also authorised to inform us by email in case of suspected violation of the Terms and Conditions for Use.

  18. Every user is responsible for the content and data he/she publishes. NSOA shall not assume any liability for damage of any kind resulting from the use of the chat tool.

  19. No assurance or warranty can be given for the availability and reliability of the chat tool.

  20. The present Terms and Conditions for Use may be subject to change at any time. The users of this chat tool are not entitled to assert claims of any kind against NSOA. NSOA shall not be liable for any damage caused by the faulty transmission or non-transmission of contributions, irrespective of whether a confirmation of transmission is received or not.

  21. NSOA’s General Terms and Conditions remain hereby unaffected.

 

Complaints and Comments related to Live Chat:

If you wish to make a complaint or comment regarding a chat (i.e. that you think it is objectionable or in breach of these terms and conditions) then please contact us by email at privacy@nsoa.in

Data policy related to Live Chat:

A record of each live chat will be held within the system and may be used when looking into your enquiry and for quality purposes.

You may be asked to complete a short survey on completion of your web chat. All answers for the survey will be anonymous and will be used for service improvement.

  1. All content present on this Application is the exclusive property of NSOA. The software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on this Application belong to NSOA. No material from this Application may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, adopted, posted or distributed in any form whatsoever without prior written permission from our Application. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this Application may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal and/or civil actions. Our Application is a registered trademark of NSOA. This trademark may not be used in any manner without prior written consent/license/authorization from NSOA.

  2. Our Application does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any information, data, statements or products made available on the Application.

  3. Any Content which shall be uploaded by a User either in the form of a project work or representation work or as assessment which may form part of the course or training imparted by NSOA shall be deemed to be the exclusive property of NSOA.

  4. Any other information provided by the User in the form of personal and non-personal information which may include phone number, email id and any other information considered important to avail the service shall be protected by NSOA through its Privacy Policy.

  5. Our Application does not accept any responsibility towards the contents and/or information practices of third party Applications which have links through our Application. The said links to internal or external Application locations are only for the purpose of facilitating your visit or clarify your query. Any third party contentment is not warranted by NSOA. NSOA shall have the right to use such third party content in compliant to the laws.

  4. Any other information provided by the User in the form of personal and non-personal information which may include phone number, email id and any other information considered important to avail the service shall be protected by NSOA through its Privacy Policy.

  5. Our Application does not accept any responsibility towards the contents and/or information practices of third party Applications which have links through our Application. The said links to internal or external Application locations are only for the purpose of facilitating your visit or clarify your query. Any third party contentment is not warranted by NSOA. Disclaimer:

  1. The Platform(Defined at the initial stage of terms and conditions), and all content, materials, information, software, products and services provided on the Application, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NSOA expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

  2. Our Platform shall have no responsibility for any damage to a User's computer system or loss of data that result from the download of any content, materials, information from the Platform.

  3. Our Platform may change or discontinue any aspect of its Application at any time, including its content or features. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Platform. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the Platform.
     

    1. In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action

Further, we will not be liable for any third party due to or arising out of:

  1. your Contributions;

  2. use of the Platform;

  3. breach of these Terms and conditions;

  4. any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and conditions;

  5. your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or

  6. any harmful act toward any other user of the Platform with whom you connected via the Platform. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defence of such claims.

Furthermore...

  1. The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold NSOA harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to any misuse by the User of the content and services provided on the Application.

  2. The information contained in the Application has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. Our Application disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information.

  3. Our Application makes no warranty that:

    • the Application will meet your requirements;

    • the Application will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis;

    • the results that may be obtained from the use of the Application or any services offered through the Application will be accurate or reliable.

  4. The Application provides links to Applications and access to content, products and services from third parties, including Users, advertisers, affiliates and sponsors of the Application. You agree that our Application is not responsible for the availability of, and content provided on, third party Applications. The User is requested to peruse the policies posted by other Applications regarding privacy and other topics before use. Our Application is not responsible for third party content accessible through the Application, including opinions, advice, statements and advertisements and User shall bear all risks associated with the use of such content. Our Application is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort that a User may incur from dealing with any third party.

  5. The User's right to privacy is of paramount importance to our Application. Any information provided by the User will not be shared with any third party. Our Application reserves the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience. The Privacy Policy shall govern the privacy rights.

 

Some rights and restrictions are given to the Users and they are to abide by the same:

  1. The User may be able to visit the Application at any time. In case of any queries relating to the course or any question related to be Application usage or the types of software system or related issues shall be addressed at any time and a 24*7 helpline number or the e-mail at…….. As mentioned in the Application.

  2. The User shall use the Application with bonafide intent at all times and abide by the confidentiality of the content available on our Application and other services provided by NSOA or its Partners in the said Application.

  3. The User may be allowed to surf our Application and learn about the various courses and gather various information regarding it through its Course guide.

  4. The User is not allowed to try to reverse engineer any portion of our Application.

  5. The User is not allowed to try to interfere with any User, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.

  6. The User is not allowed to use our Application to distribute malware. Contents which are illegal or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities are not allowed to be exhibited or posted in our Application’s online forum.

  7. The Users are not allowed to post content that creates a genuine risk of physical injury or property damage, credibly threatens people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm.

  8. The User is not allowed to harass others or use foul language or any obscene material, illegal or immoral material during any communications.

Unless otherwise indicated, NSOA Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, App designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the NSOA Platform (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the Indian Laws, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Platform “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the NSOA Platform and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. Provided that you are eligible to use the NSOA Platform and are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the NSOA Platform, the Content and the Marks.
